REFUND POLICY

You accept the terms below by using eTek Studio to subscribe to the offer. We established these guidelines to keep our refund policies and procedures open and transparent with our customers:

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

You’ve paid for your subscription. In order to purchase your subscription to our service, please follow the onscreen instructions. Only the procedure outlined on the website may be used to subscribe. Every order you place constitutes an offer by you to purchase the services (Services) provided by our social media management platform, subject to these Terms.

Canceling or Pausing the Contract

Unless a specific signed agreement is established for a specific amount of time, you may terminate the Subscription Contract at any time. You will have access to the Service until one day before the current paid-up period expires if you decide to end the Contract before that time, at which point it will be effective and you won’t be charged again.

 If you have not agreed to any other agreements with us other than these Terms and Conditions, you can cancel the Subscription Contract by logging into your account and filling out the cancellation form on the “Subscription” page.

Any subscription price paid will not be refunded by us. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time.

No Refunds will be offered!
